Oh no! We are sorry that you've received someone else's online order!
If you have not already been contacted by our Customer Service Team, please submit an enquiry with the following so that we can assist you promptly:
- your order number
- a copy of the invoice you have received in the incorrect parcel
- a confirmation if you would still like your original order or would prefer a refund
If you would like a replacement, we will do our best to resource the items to get them out to the correct address as quickly as possible.
Should the items not be available or the order no longer be of use to you, we will refund the original order immediately.
The Customer service team will also provide you with a prepaid label to be able to return the incorrectly sent items with no cost to yourself.
