If you've had a delightful in-store experience, we look forward to your feedback so that we can provide internal recognition to the relevant employee or store.
On receipt of your feedback or complaint, we will work with you to clarify any outstanding facts.
We will then escalate your feedback to the relevant Store, Area, State or Country Manager and:
- work to make things right for you; and
- deliver employee re-training (or similar) so that we can also continuously improve.
