French Connection Gift Cards can be purchased at selected retail outlets in Australia including Woolworths, Coles, Australia Post and Big W in set denominations of $50 or $100.
Please allow up to 24 hours from time of purchase for the Gift Cards to be successfully activated before redeeming in-store or online.
You can check if the card has been successfully activated by doing a balance check online.
Should you experience any issues with activation, please contact customer service.
We require the full Gift Card number as well as a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase from that retailer so we can resolve the issue.
